I am humbled with the opportunity to announce Maggie Coggswell as Rubadue Wire’s new CSR Supervisor!
In Maggie’s time with our sales team as CSR, she has earned this opportunity through her display of passion for process improvement and team development. She has a keen eye for recognizing an opportunity for improvement and seeing it through to completion, all while including the strengths of the team surrounding her. In addition, her embrace of the quality and safety-driven culture at Rubadue makes her a great fit for our organization.
Rubadue’s CSR team and Sales Support Specialist will report directly to Maggie. Her immediate focus will be the development and training of our new Sales Support Specialist and the new customer service representative filling her position. Our sales team is excited to support her success in every way.
