Since the release of the Dodd-Frank Act momentum has been building throughout the supply chain to verify that materials such as; Tantalum, Tungsten, Tin and Gold are not sourced from the Congo and its adjoining countries. This has been due to recent finding from the United States Congress that the mining and sales of these materials are being used to fund violence.
Rubadue Wire Co., Inc. has taken due diligence with its suppliers to verify that the Tin used to produce its insulated wire is not sourced from the Congo or its adjoining countries. Rubadue Wire Co., Inc. has also received proper certification from its suppliers on the name and location of the company that the Tin is being sourced from.
